Arrange pork mixture evenly on luau leaves; lay the remaining luau leaves on top of pork mixture, then the ti leaves. Cover pan tightly with foil.

In a pot, heat oil and brown beef with garlic. Add onions and sauté until translucent. Add beef stock and 2 cups water, and 1 tbsp. Hawaiian salt. Bring to boil and simmer, partially covered, until the meat is fork tender, 2 or more hours. Add the remaining water and spinach, melt down spinach for a few minutes and then drained frozen taro leaves.

In large bowl, add pork, Hawaiian Alea Sea Salt, and soy sauce. Toss until all the meat pieces are covered evenly. Remove stems from taro leaves. Stack 2 large taro leaves on top of each other or 4 to 6 medium to small taro leaves. Place 2 to 3 chunks of seasoned pork in the center of the taro leaves.
