Ingredients: 3/4 cup (1 ½ sticks) salted butter, room temperature 1 cup granulated sugar, divided ( ¾ for the dry ingredients/dough and ¼ for rolling the cookies) 1 1⁄2 cups all purpose flour 1 1⁄2 tsp aluminum free baking powder 1⁄2 tsp fine sea salt or table salt 1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon 1 tsp instant espresso powder 1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper
